The Flanders Hotel offers a variety of fully
modernized luxury multi-room suite accommodations. Guests can choose from Deluxe
One-Bedroom Suites, larger Ocean Front One-Bedroom Suites, Ocean Front Two-Bedroom Suites,
and extravagant Two Bedroom Penthouse Suites. |

All suites have private bedrooms and fully
appointed kitchens containing refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and stovetops.
They also have central heating and air-conditioning with individual climate control, two
cable televisions with DVD and/or VCR capabilities, high speed internet access, in-room
coffee service, telephones with voicemail capabilities, an alarm clock, an ironing board
and iron, and a hair dryer. Daily maid service including the replenishment of linens
and bath supplies is included. The Penthouse suites offer ocean front extravagance
at its best. |

| Deluxe suites are approximately 650 square feet in size. Each suite
offers a spacious living room with dining area, a kitchen area, a private bedroom, and a
private bathroom. The bedroom contains either a king size or queen size bed, and the
living room contains both a queen sized sleeper sofa and a smaller pullout sleeper chair. |

Our larger and glorious Ocean Front One
Bedroom Suites are approximately 750 square feet in size. Each suite offers a more
spacious living room and dining area along with spectacular ocean front views.
In addition, all of the amenities listed above for the deluxe suites are
included. |

| Ocean Front Two Bedroom Suites are also approximately 750
square feet in size. They offer all of the amenities of our Ocean Front One Bedroom
Suites, but feature a second bedroom containing either a queen sized bed or twin bunk
beds. The living and dining area is reduced accordingly to accommodate the second
bedroom. |

The Promenade Suites are new
elegantly designed luxury suites that were created in 2007 as part of a major renovation
of a boardwalk front wing of The Flanders Hotel. Each upscale 1, 2, or 3 bedroom suite is
uniquely decorated with a traditional classic Americana theme subtly accented by light and
neutral warm colors. Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, Majestic gas fireplaces, Jacuzzi
whirlpool tubs (excluding the one bedroom and jr. promenade), Wentworth cherry cabinets,
stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and marble bathroom floors are standard
in the exquisite new Promenade Suites. |

| The Luxury Penthouse Suites atop of the Flanders Hotel offer ocean front
and/or ocean side extravagance at its very best. Each elegantly appointed suite
features spectacular panoramic views, solid marble and onyx floors throughout,
custom-crafted woodwork, high ceilings, and fireplaces in every room. The Penthouses
are beautifully decorated and offer gourmet kitchens, two bedrooms, three full baths, one
with steam shower and a spacious living room well suited for gracious entertaining. |
