The Flanders Hotel Policies

Minimum Stay

Penthouses and Promenades Suites ~ two night minimum stay year round.
5 Bedroom Suite ~ three night minimum stay year round.

All other suites have a two night minimum stay in-season* and on holidays, (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and New Years Eve) 
*In-season is mid June through Labor Day

Discounts

10% Discount for AAA, AARP, Government and Military.

Check In and Out Time

Check In after 3:00 PM ~ Check Out before 11:00 AM

Deposit

A deposit of at least one night's rental is required to confirm all reservations. Reservations for first five (5) or more nights require a deposit equal to two (2) nights rental. Deposits are non-transferable.

Cancellation and/or Changes

All cancellations must be made two (2) weeks prior to date of check in, deluxe, Ocean Front and Two-Bedroom Ocean Front Suites are subject to a $25.00 service fee. Promenade, Penthouse and five-bedroom Suites are subject to a $50.00 service fee. 

Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks prior to date of check in will result in a full forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Dates of stay may not be shortened upon check in. Accommodations are held for the dates of your reservations and you are responsible for the entire stay. Changes must be made two (2) weeks prior to date of arrival. No refunds are given for early departure or inclement weather.

Pets

Sorry, we do not accommodate pets with the exception of service dogs.

Parking

One parking space per unit, two spaces per Penthouse unit is provided.

Taxes

Total Taxes on all hotels is 12%. Taxes are 5% NJ Hotel Tax and 7% NJ Sales Tax. Tax Exempt Form (ST-4) must be approved prior to arrival date.

Resort Fee

Nightly Resort Fee will be applied, $6.00 per night off season and $10.00 per night peak season.
