included for an extra $25 per night. Children under 3 stay free. |
| Parking for one car per suite per night is

| All unit occupants must be older than
21 or staying in a unit with parents. |
| All suites are non-smoking units, and
no pets are permitted. |
| Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out
time is 11 am. |
A two night minimum stay is required
during the entire in-season period and also on all Holiday weekends throughout the year.
A two night minimum in all Penthouse and Promenade Suites - in effect year round. |
| Misrepresentation in any fashion voids
a reservation. |
| All rates are subject to change and do
not include applicable state and local taxes. |
| Stays of 4 nights or less require a deposit of 1 night's
rental plus tax at booking. Refunds of this deposit (minus a $25 cancellation fee)
are available up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled check-in date. No deposit
refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 weeks of the scheduled check-in date. |

| Extended stays of 5 nights or more require a deposit of 2
night's rental plus tax at booking. Extended stay deposit refunds (minus a $50.00
cancellation fee) are available up to four weeks prior to the scheduled check-in
date. No extended stay deposit refunds will be issued for cancellations within four
weeks of the scheduled check-in date. |

| Balances for all stays are due upon
arrival in the form of cash or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted at
check-in. |
| No refunds are available for early
departure or inclement weather. |
