What will be required to check in?
All registered guests must present a photo I.D., matching credit card at time of check in. Payment in full is due prior to checking in. The make, model and license plate number of the vehicle you are parking is also required. Must be 21 to check in.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The Flanders accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. Personal Checks must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
Do I need Beach Tags in Ocean City?
Yes – Complimentary beach tags available during stay. Tags must be returned upon check out. Children 12 and under do not need a beach tag. Remember to pack your beach chair, umbrella and beach towels.
Can I request an Early Check In or Late Check Out?
Early check ins are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. You may call the hotel on the day of your arrival for an estimated time of check in. Late check outs are based on the occupancy of the hotel and cannot be guaranteed in advance. You may call the Front Desk on the day of your departure to request a late check out.
Can I arrive early and park my car?
Parking spaces prior to check in time are based on availability. Parking passes will be provided by the Front Desk Staff. The make, model and license plate number will be required.
Can I leave my car in the hotel parking lot after check out?
All cars must be removed from the parking lot by 12 noon. Cars remaining in the parking lot after 12:30 will be subject to the daily parking rate.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes – we have the largest heated outdoor pool in Ocean City. The pool is open, weather permitting, beginning Memorial Day Weekend until mid September. The pool depth is 3 feet to 6 feet, no diving permitted and is handicap accessible.
Can I store my luggage before or after my stay?
Due to the limited space we are unable to store luggage. If you arrive early we suggest that you leave your luggage in your vehicle.
What is included in the in-room kitchenette?
Each room includes a kitchenette with a two burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils (pots, bowls, plates, silverware). The Penthouse and Promenade Suites feature a full size stove with oven.
Do you offer room service?
Yes – we offer room service during the regular operating hours of Emily’s Ocean Room.
